We loved learning all about different types of science during this years Science week!
We learned all about light – and learned how shadows are made! We even made our own fabulous shadow puppets!
We did some amazing experiments and loved showing the school our awesome science!
All the girls and boys in Juniors, Seniors and First Class had a lovely first morning back to school in Ms Healy’s classroom. It was great fun to see everyone again after the Summer holidays.
We welcomed three wonderful new children to school this morning; Maeve Scannell, Zuzanna Konderska and Séamus Mc Namara. We hope they will have many wonderful years here at Rylane National School.
Children from 4th – 6th Class competed in the Sciath na Scol Mhuscraí Football blitz in Rusheen recently. This was a fantastic day where all the local schools came together to play each other in a boys team and girls team blitz.
