This week the children in Rylane National School celebrated Seachtain na Gaeilge in style!

On Tuesday we had a Green Day, where all the children dressed up in green. Each class did a performance in the hall which included many songs and poems in Irish. Some of the children also played their instruments. On Thursday we had a local musician, Cáitríona. Cáitríona came to the school hall and played many tunes on the accordion and the children learned a dance called,  Shoe The Donkey. We would like to thank Cáitríona for providing live music for our céilí.
