Congratulations to the 9 boys and girls in 6th Class who made their Confirmation on Monday, 23rd August in St. Olan’s Church, Rylane.
Special thanks to their Class Teacher, Mr. O’ Sullivan and Fr. Peadar Murphy P.P, for preparing the children for the Sacrament.
Thanks to Julie Roche for coming to our classroom this morning to do some planting. We planted a tomato plant and some radish, lettuce and pumpkin seeds. Hopefully there will be big changes in our plants when we come back after our Easter holidays.
We made Easter treats today! They were delicious!
1st and 2nd class enjoyed a talk from North Cork dairy farmer James Bourke. He told us all about work on the dairy farm during spring time, we also got to see the cows being milked by a robot. James showed us all the baby calves. It was fantastic
